Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using DishSaver.app. By accessing or using DishSaver (the “Site” or “Service”), you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
DishSaver provides a personal cookbook for saving, editing, organizing, importing CSV recipes, and adjusting displayed servings. Your use is subject to these Terms. Features shown as previews or coming soon are not currently available.
You may use the Service for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account or recipes, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or use the Service to send spam.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. The Service is not intended for children under 13; you must also meet any higher minimum age required where you live.
Your recipes and submissions
You retain any rights you have in the recipes, photos, notes, and other content you save. You grant DishSaver only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content to you and operate the Service. Saving a recipe does not give DishSaver ownership of it or permission to publish it for marketing.
Your cookbook is private by default; public recipe sharing is not currently available. Upload or import only content you have the right to use, and respect the copyright and terms of original recipe authors. Do not include other people’s personal information without appropriate permission. Contact messages may be used to respond to you and address your request.
Trademarks
The DishSaver name, logo, and other marks belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not grant permission to use trademarks in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.
Copyright
The Site’s design, software, and original content are protected by applicable copyright laws and belong to DishSaver or their respective owners. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected Site materials without permission, except where permitted by law. These restrictions do not transfer ownership of your own content to DishSaver.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, private cookbook content, and messages. Third-party sites and sign-in providers have their own privacy practices.
External links
The Service may contain links to external websites, including recipe sources. A link does not mean that DishSaver endorses or controls that website. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or policies. Review their terms before using them.
Cooking and food safety
Recipes, cooking times, serving adjustments, and ingredient quantities are for general information, not medical, dietary, or professional food-safety advice. Check allergens, food handling, cooking temperatures, and suitability for your household. Scaling quantities does not guarantee cooking times or results will scale in the same way.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of recipe content. Keep your own copies of content that is important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DishSaver is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Service, linked websites, or loss of content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account and associated data deletion, use Contact Us in the footer. Requests may require identity verification, and some information may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement before changes take effect.
